CSresults

Fewer churned customers, lighter CSM workloads, more expansion.

Usage numbers rarely predict a renewal. Results do. CSresults runs customer success around the outcomes each customer bought, with one shared plan from the closed deal to the next expansion, so you see who is falling behind early, your CSMs work from one place, and Sales hears about the accounts that are ready to grow.

Set up in minutes and invite your team when you are ready. Already using it? Sign in.

The CSresults dashboard for a demo company: 15 customers, 4 needing attention, 5 outcomes due in the next 14 days, 7 resource needs and 2 ready to expand, with each CSM's book of business and today's tasks.
Dashboard. What needs you across the book: customers stuck or overdue, outcomes due, open requests, accounts ready to expand, and each CSM's book side by side.

01 · Reduce churn

Catch the customer falling behind, months before the renewal.

Customers rarely leave all at once. They miss an outcome, then another, and by the time a usage dashboard notices, the renewal is already in doubt. CSresults measures every customer against the results they bought, so the warning comes while there is still time to act.

The CSresults customer list: each customer's health, products, results achieved, next outcome, CSM and renewal date. Bluepeak Health needs attention with 1 outcome stuck at 14% achieved; Brightline Media has 1 outcome overdue; Harbor & Vale Insurance has 1 outcome missed.
Customers. Health comes from results: Bluepeak Health is 14% of the way to its results with an outcome stuck, and Harbor & Vale Insurance has missed one with its renewal 40 days out.
  • Health from results, not logins

Every customer shows how far along they are toward the outcomes they bought, and flags the one that is stuck, overdue or missed.

  • Slips stay honest

A rescheduled outcome keeps its original date beside the new one, so a customer quietly drifting off plan is visible.

  • Warning signs become tasks

Playbooks turn an outcome going off track, a late customer resource, an upcoming renewal or a customer gone quiet into a task for the right CSM.

  • Renewals at risk, in dollars

Reports show every renewal in the next 120 days with its health, results achieved and ARR, so leaders know where to step in.

CSresults reports: a 12-week trend of results achieved and customers needing attention, and renewals in the next 120 days: 4 renewals worth $345,000, of which 2 need attention, worth $197,000.
Reports. Renewals in the next 120 days with their health. In the demo, two of four renewals need attention: $197,000 of $345,000.
A customer's results timeline in CSresults: a Gantt chart of implementation and first-year stages for one product, with outcomes marked achieved, on track, at risk or overdue, and the original date kept beside a moved one.
Results timeline. Every stage and expected outcome per product, with the original date kept when one moves.

02 · Streamline CSM work

Less admin, better conversations.

CSMs lose hours to building plans by hand, piecing together what to say in a check-in and assembling slides for reviews. CSresults does that groundwork, so every interaction starts prepared and every customer hears the same story from your whole team.

The CSresults calendar: a month of expected outcomes, check-ins, tasks and renewals across the book, with the selected day's agenda listing each item's customer and product.
Calendar. Every outcome, check-in, task and renewal across the book, with the day's agenda beside it.
  • Plans ready on day one

Each product carries its stages, expected outcomes and standard tasks. Assign it and the customer's plan and to-dos are already there.

  • One calendar for the whole book

Every expected outcome, check-in, task and renewal on one calendar, with the day's agenda beside it and check-in prep for each conversation.

  • Reviews that write themselves

A business review is built from the plan: results achieved, how many landed on time, recent wins and what is next. Print it or save it as a PDF.

  • Customers stay informed on their own

Share a live success plan by link. Customers see progress, what is next and who to call, without another login.

03 · Grow expansion

Expansion that customers have already said yes to.

Pitching more to a customer who has not seen value yet is how expansion conversations go wrong. CSresults scores expansion only once a customer has the results they bought, so every account it surfaces has proof behind it, and none of the ready ones slip past unnoticed.

  1. 01

    Results first

A customer must achieve most of the outcomes they were sold (70% by default) before expansion scoring starts.

  2. 02

    Then the signals

Buying signals noted along the way build an expansion score. Interest noted before results is kept, but held.

  3. 03

    Ready to expand

Once both thresholds are met, the account shows as ready, on the Expansion screen and in each CSM's book.

  4. 04

    Into the CRM

The opportunity syncs to Salesforce or HubSpot, and a won deal is reported back to CSresults.

The CSresults expansion screen: 2 customers ready to expand, 2 building, $98,340 in open pipeline, and for each customer and product the results achieved beside an expansion score and readiness, from earning results to ready to expand.
Expansion. Results achieved beside the expansion score for every account: who is ready, who is building, and who needs results first.

The loop closes back in Sales. The deal Sales closed set the promise; CSresults delivers it, then returns the account to Sales as a warm opportunity with the results that earned it.

One plan, one team

The promise survives every handoff.

  1. Sales

A closed-won deal in Salesforce or HubSpot starts the customer's plan automatically.

  2. Product

Defines each product's stages and outcomes, and sees which products really deliver.

  3. Onboarding

Works the implementation stages and a checklist of what each side owes.

  4. CSMs

Deliver the results, with prep, playbooks, @mentions and reviews built in.

  5. CS leadership

Every book side by side, renewals at risk and a Monday summary.
